How to choose a padel racket for women
There is no such thing as a "women's racket" (or racquet) as a strict technical category: any player can use any racket. That said, many of the brands' women's models are somewhat lighter and more balanced versions (hybrid shape, medium balance, softer EVA cores) to favor maneuverability and swing speed. The ranking players confirm this trend: hybrid and control-oriented rackets dominate the women's draw. See, for example, our comparison of the Bullpadel Elite Woman vs Vertex 05 Woman, the rackets of the world's #1 pair.
- Hybrids dominate: versatility between defense and attack.
- Medium balance: a balance between power and maneuverability.
- Trimmed weight: many sit around 345-360 g.
