My take
The heaviest racket in the men's ranking, and not by a little.
Heads-up: I have not played this one. What follows are the numbers and what they say next to other rackets on tour. When I test it, I will update the page.
370 grams flat, no range. Almost every other racket in the top gives you ten or fifteen grams of margin; this one does not. And to put it in context: Ale Galán, the most feared hitter on tour, plays with 345-360. Garrido carries up to twenty-five grams more.
Add that it is a diamond with a high balance and 15K carbon faces. A shape that piles the mass up top, a high weight and one of the stiffest faces built. Everything pushes the same way: hitting.
The interesting part is comparing it with his brand-mate. Momo González plays the Endure Pro V1: round, low balance, textured 3K and a dual-density core. Same brand, opposite philosophies. Wilson gives you both ends of the spectrum and you pick your side.
ON PAPER IT SUITS YOU IF: you attack from the net, you find the middle on the smash and moving 370 grams for two hours does not scare you.
ON PAPER IT DOES NOT IF: you play more from the back than the net, or your arm talks to you late in matches. There is no forgiveness here for an off-centre ball.
