Bullpadel Neuron 02 Edge 2026 — Fede Chingotto's padel racket (Premier Padel 2026)

My take

The only top-5 racket you can use without regretting it.

Look at what the ones at the top play: Coello, a diamond with the balance at 272. Galán, a diamond. Ari Sánchez, a diamond. And then there's Chingotto, with a hybrid with a medium-high balance. It's no coincidence: he doesn't win by smashing, he wins by reading the point and getting back what nobody else gets back.

I had it for a few days and the first thing I noticed was the handling — for me, unbeatable. You move it wherever you want, whenever you want. It's medium hardness, neither a board nor mushy, with a superb ball exit: the ball comes off with pace without you having to swing your whole arm into it.

And the feeling that sums it up best: where I put my eye, I put the ball. It's not a marketing line, it's literally what it does. You place the ball.

I play the forehand side and for that position it's perfect. When it's your turn to open up the point or close the angle, you've got the control to do it exactly where you want.

The technical reason is in the faces: 3K carbon. The lower the number, the softer and more comfortable. Tapia goes with 12K, Galán with 15K. Chingotto with 3K and a triple-layer Multieva rubber. It's, by far, the friendliest in the whole top 5.

IT SUITS YOU IF: you play at the back, you come off the wall well, and you'd rather build the point than blow it up. If you play the forehand side and it's on you to place the ball, even more so.

IT DOESN'T SUIT YOU IF: you're after raw power. There isn't any here, and that's not a flaw: it's the racket it is.
